Calendar & Booking controls whether your agent can check availability and create confirmed appointments.

Two separate controls

• Availability checking allows your agent to offer current appointment options.
• Confirmed booking allows an agreed option to be written as an appointment.

Enable only the capability you are ready to support.

Information needed for a booking

A booking requires the caller name and callback information. Additional intake details may appear when they are supported and enabled for your setup.

Fresh availability

Availability can change. Your agent checks current availability before completing a booking. If an option is no longer open, the caller should be offered another valid choice rather than receiving a false confirmation.

Verify the result

Use a real call to select an offered time. Confirm the appointment in the authoritative calendar and in Agent Center. Spoken agreement is not proof that the write completed.

Calendar & Booking is the only Agent Center section that should control appointment availability and booking behavior. Keep qualification criteria focused on caller fit, then reference booking as an outcome only when this section is ready.
