Voice or greeting issue
Work from the saved greeting text and change one thing at a time.
If the greeting is clipped
Section titled “If the greeting is clipped”Shorten the first sentence and remove stacked clauses. Make sure the greeting does not try to explain services, hours, and routing before asking how it can help.
If a name sounds wrong
Section titled “If a name sounds wrong”Use simpler wording or a phonetic spelling that is easy to hear. Preview the result after each change.
If the delivery feels unnatural
Section titled “If the delivery feels unnatural”Add normal punctuation, shorten long sentences, and remove repeated instructions. Choose a voice that fits the business, then keep the wording conversational.
Confirm the saved version
Section titled “Confirm the saved version”Open Voice & Behavior, verify the primary greeting, save the section, and begin a new test. An already-open session may not represent the newly saved wording.
