Call Reports
Call Reports explain why someone called and what happened during the voice-agent conversation. A report is created automatically after a supported completed call, whether the caller asked a general question, went through qualification, booked an appointment, left a message, or reached a handoff outcome.
Open a report
Section titled “Open a report”- Open Inbox in Agent Center.
- Select a completed call.
- Open Call Report.
A new report may briefly show that it is still being prepared. Agent Center checks again for a bounded period, and you can reopen the call if the report is not ready yet.
What a report includes
Section titled “What a report includes”Depending on the conversation, a report can include:
- an overview of the call;
- the caller’s reason for contacting your business;
- important conversation highlights;
- actions taken by your voice agent;
- qualification, booking, message, or handoff outcomes; and
- follow-up context for your team.
Use Copy Report when you need to move the formatted report into an approved follow-up or internal workflow.
Summary versus recorded outcomes
Section titled “Summary versus recorded outcomes”The report helps your team understand the conversation, but the recorded status remains the source of truth for completed actions. Confirm the dedicated booking, message, qualification, or handoff fields before acting on an important result.
A Call Report is a generated summary, not a verbatim transcript or recording. It does not provide raw conversation text for viewing or download.
If a report is unavailable
Section titled “If a report is unavailable”A report can be unavailable when there was not enough completed conversation to summarize or when the call could not be processed safely. The call record and any completed action records remain available independently.
For guidance on reviewing the surrounding call record, see Home and Inbox. For data-handling guidance, see Data and privacy.
